Chief Executive of ColegauCymru / CollegesWales, John Graystone, said: “I am greatly honoured and privileged to have been awarded the Chancellor’s Medal by the University of Glamorgan. Over recent years, the post-16 sector has faced many challenges and the developing partnerships between further and higher education have the prime aim of delivering improvements for learners.

“I am particularly pleased to receive this award from the University of Glamorgan which has consistently maintained close partnerships with further education colleges and which has always sought to meet the education and training needs of its local communities.
