Coleg Llandrillo first in Wales to become a RICS Affiliate College

Coleg Llandrillo Cymru has become the first further education establishment in Wales to become a Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) Affiliate College. Students studying on the foundation degree courses (FdSc) in Construction and in Civil Engineering will gain a qualification that will count towards Associate membership of the RICS (AssocRICS). more >>>

Yale College Early Years Tutor Awarded OBE

Childcare and Education tutor Sheila Meadows has received an OBE in recognition of her service to education in Wales. Foundation Degree in Early Childhood, Care & Education.  Her national recognition highlights her key role in piloting the draft framework when the Welsh Assembly Government introduced The Foundation Phase of the Early Years Curriculum in Wales. more >>>

Massive Scholarship Success

Coleg Meirion-Dwyfor students have had a bumper year for university scholarships. In all, 21 students have netted a massive £76,000 between them including an impressive 11 the 50 scholarships for Welsh medium studies awarded by the new Coleg Cymraeg Cenedlaethol. more >>>
